Where do you ship your beer and merchandise?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across Australia. Please note that someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for any alcohol deliveries.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express options are available at checkout.
What happens if my cans or bottles arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Can I return beer or merchandise if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods like beer. However, unworn merchandise in original condition can be returned within 30 days.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The majority of our core range is vegan-friendly and brewed without animal products. For specific seasonal releases, please check the ingredients list on the product page.
